Terms, Hadrian's Wall Path across England

1. REGISTRATION. Includes completed registration form and $500. Total cost is $2,500. Balance is due August 1, 2008.

2. GROUP SIZE. Maximum of 6 people.

3. INCLUDES. All lodging, ground transportation, breakfasts, lunch and dinner in the country. Lunch(2) and dinners(3) in London are extra. Luggage transportation on trail.

4. TERRAIN. There are some rolling hills, some is flat. Trails and sidewalks.

5. MILEAGE. From 7 to 15 miles per day at a relaxed pace.

6. PACE. We accommodate the slowest in the group. There is no sag wagon.

7. AIRFARE. This is extra. You arrange your airfare.

8. LODGING. Twin or double beds available. We stay in comfortable, charming hotels of B&B's or hostels. A single room, when available, is $250 more.

9. CANCELLATIONS. Before August 1, there is full refund less $100. After that date, no refunds can be made. No refunds on any unused or canceled services once the tour has begun. It is very difficult to get our money back, as reservations have been made.

10. PASSPORT. You need a passport.

11. INSURANCE. Trip insurance is strongly suggested to allow for any unexpected contingencies in your personal circumstances. This can be purchased through a travel agent or online.

12. LUGGAGE. You need a fanny pack or day pack to carry lunch. Bring ONLY one suitcase with wheels or a back pack. We take public transportation, so PACK LIGHT.

13. TRAVELER'S CONTRIBUTION. Be fit enough to do the walk. Bring appropriate gear for some rainy days. You MUST have a pair of hiking boots. Although we try to eliminate as much uncertainly as possible, it is part of traveling. Being ready to adjust will enhance your experience.
