Germany map

Located in southwest Germany, the Wine Route extends into Alsace, France, where we will also spend a day. A traditional fall festival, quaint villages, rolling countryside, sidewalk cafes and friendly, welcoming people await YOU!

Typical Day:
Days begin about 8 am. with a big, beautiful breakfast of local cheese, salamis and breads. Meet at 9:00 am to go over day's walk, terrain, weather, points of interest and options for the day. Lunch in a rustic "weinstube" cafe or picnic in a vineyard. Late afternoon finds us at a sidewalk cafe with a drink and treat. Wine tastings and dinner are early evening and can be followed by a local event. Weather will be warm.
