1. REGISTRATION. Includes completed registration form and $500. Deadline is January 30, 2010.
Total cost is $2,050. 10 nights.
Balance ($1,550) is due June 28, 2010. We will have a pre-trip meeting June 28, Monday at 7 pm, at my condo, 1313 Lincoln, #201.

2. GROUP SIZE. Maximum of 6 fun people.

3. INCLUDES. All ground transportation, lodging, guide. Extras are airfare, lunch, dinner and local tours.

4. WALKING. These are easy walks in villages and cities. We will take the bus often. Walk from the train station to our hotel with our luggage, about 10 minutes. Early morning fitness walks are optional.

5. AIRFARE. You are responsible for your airfare. Fly into Pisa. Fly out of Venice.

6. LODGING. Comfortable hotel rooms with private bathrooms.

7. CANCELLATIONS. Before June 28, there is full refund less $100. After that date, no refunds can be made. No refunds on any unused or canceled services once the tour has begun.

8. PASSPORT. You need a passport. I need a copy of it with your registration, please.

9. INSURANCE. Trip insurance is strongly suggested to allow for any unexpected contingencies in your personal circumstances. This can be purchased through a travel agent or online.

10. LUGGAGE. You need a small suitcase, preferably on rollers. You will carry it on and off the train. Bring a small pack for the day for camera, etc. Wear a money belt underneath your clothes with passport, credit cards, cash. Put small amount of cash for the day in your pack.

11. TRAVELER'S CONTRIBUTION. You MUST be fit enough to do the walk. Although we try to eliminate as much uncertainly as possible, it is part of traveling. Being readyto adjust will enhance your experience.
