1. REGISTRATION. Includes completed registration form and $500. Deadline is January 30, 2011.
Total cost is $4,500. 13 nights.
Balance ($4,000) is due February 28, 2011.
We will have a pre-trip meeting February 28, Monday at
7 pm, at my condo, 1313 Lincoln, #201.
2. GROUP SIZE. Maximum of 6 fun people.
3. INCLUDES. Airfare from Eugene, Oregon. All ground transportation, lodging, guide. Extras are lunch, dinner and local tours and site entry fees.
4. WALKING. These are walks along the seashore, forest paths, villages and the city of Naples. It is a hilly country and we enjoy ourselves, stopping to take photos or have a picnic. The distance will depend on the group. There are easy options on most walks. The walk from the train station to our hotel with our luggage is about 10 minutes. There is no sag wagon.
5. AIRFARE. Is included from Eugene, Oregon. If you want to make your own arrangements, I will refund you the cost of the ticket.
6. LODGING. Comfortable hotel rooms with private bathrooms.
7. CANCELLATIONS. Before February 28, there is full refund less $100. After that date, no refunds can be made as it is difficult to get refunds after I have made reservations. No refunds on any unused or canceled services once the tour has begun.
8. PASSPORT. You need a passport. I need a copy of it with your registration, please.
9. INSURANCE. Trip insurance is strongly suggested to allow for any unexpected contingencies in your personal circumstances. This can be purchased through a travel agent or online.
10. LUGGAGE. You need a small suitcase, preferably on rollers or a day pack. Bring a small pack for the day for camera, etc. Wear a money belt underneath your clothes.
11. TRAVELER'S CONTRIBUTION. You MUST be fit enough to do the walk. Although we try to eliminate as much uncertainly as possible, it is part of traveling. Being ready to adjust will enhance your experience.
