1. REGISTRATION. Includes completed registration form and $500. Deadline is Janary 15. Balance of $3,600 is due February 15, 2011.
2. GROUP SIZE. Minimum of 4, maximum of 6 fun travelers.
3. INCLUDES. Airfare from Eugene, Oregon. All lodging, ground transportation, and breakfasts and seven dinners. Extra are lunches, six dinners.
4. TERRAIN. The mountain hiking is on steep gravel paths or trails.
5. MILEAGE. From 4 to 8 miles per day at a relaxed pace. If you want to do a shorter or longer distance, we can easily accommodate you.
6. PACE. We accommodate the slowest in the group. There is no sag wagon.
7. AIRFARE. This is included from Eugene, Oreogn. If you live elsewhere, we will try to get you a ticket from your home.
8. LODGING. Twin or double beds available. We stay in comfortable, charming hotels. A single room is $200 more.
9. CANCELLATIONS. Before March 10, there is full refund less $100. After that date, no refunds can be made. No refunds on any unused or canceled services once the tour has begun. It is very difficult to get our money back, as reservations have been made.
10. PASSPORT. You need a passport.
11. INSURANCE. Trip insurance is strongly suggested to allow for any unexpected contingencies in your personal circumstances. This can be purchased through a travel agent or online.
12. LUGGAGE. You need a fanny pack or day pack to carry lunch. Bring ONLY one suitcase with wheels or a back pack. We have a small van, travel on a train and a taxi, so PACK LIGHT.
13. TRAVELER'S CONTRIBUTION. Be fit enough to do the walk. Bring appropriate gear for an occasional rain burst. Hiking boots are HIGHLY recommended. Although we try to eliminate as much uncertainly as possible, it is part of traveling. Being ready to adjust will enhance your experience.
