Saturday Training for Walk The Eugene Marathon 2008 is complete!

We will start training groups in January 2009.

Your goals until January 2009 are:

  1. Walk an hour a day, six days a week.
  2. Make one walk very hilly.
  3. Make one walk flat and fast.
  4. Alternate these two intense walks with a slower pace.
  5. Rest one day a week.
