Tyler Burgess is a former University of Oregon Adjunct Faculty teaching fitness walking and marathon walking instructor at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon.

- Walking Training Groups
- Start walking 20 to 30 minutes a day, before October 1, 2009. Add 10 minutes a day, per week. Add no more than one hour per week. Get up to 60 minutes a day. You can break up the walk, 30 minutes morning and evening. Start easy and go slowly.
- In January 2010 start the Marathon Training Program. That will prepare you for the Spain walk.

- Join our training group in January 2010! It is very fun.
You must be fit enough to do this trip. It will add a great deal to your enjoyment!
